Strengthening Local Governance – Parliament Oversight and Service Delivery

As the Woman Member of Parliament for Wakiso District and Shadow Minister for Local Government, Hon. Naluyima Ethel Betty plays a critical role in shaping policies that influence governance and service delivery across Uganda. Her work in Parliament is deeply rooted in ensuring that decentralization functions effectively and that local governments are empowered to serve their communities efficiently.
